Parking Instructions
The building has an attached parking structure that offers 3-hours of free parking with validation. The entrance to the parking garage is located on Medical Parkway(one block west of Lamar Blvd), between 38th and 39th streets.
Please pull a ticket, or ask the parking attendant for a ticket. If asked, let the attendant know that you are a customer, or you have an appointment/attending a meeting at Regus. You may park in any spot on levels P1 and P2 that are not marked Reserved. Be sure to bring the ticket with you to #200(also called TOJI Offices), and Regus reception can validate your parking ticket for you. If you lose your ticket, you may be charged the garage rate.
If you plan to be at this place, longer than 3-hours, the parking charges $21.65. There is free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood streets west, however be careful not to park where the signs indicate permits are required.
